1. Who is responsible

TAMM Information and Communication Technology, at Arasat, Street 39, Building 135, Unit 3, Baghdad 10069, Iraq, decides how the personal data described here is handled. You can reach us at info@tamm-iq.cloud.

2. What we collect

Account details you give us: your name, the organisation you represent if any, your email address and telephone number, and the details needed to bill you.

Service records generated as you use the platform: which resources you create, when, and the technical logs needed to run and secure the service, including IP addresses used to reach the control panel.

Messages you send us, so that we can answer them.

The content you store on your servers is not part of this list. We do not inspect it, and it is covered by the Terms of Service rather than by this policy.

3. Why we use it

To create and run the services you ask for, to invoice you, to answer your support requests, to keep the platform secure and to investigate abuse, and to meet obligations the law places on us.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it to profile you for advertising.

4. Who else sees it

Our own staff, where their work requires it. Service providers we rely on to operate the platform, limited to what they need. And a public authority, where a valid legal requirement obliges us to disclose it.

Google also receives the website analytics described in the Cookie Policy. That is limited to how the website is used; it does not include your account, your billing details or anything you store on your servers.

5. Where it is kept, and for how long

Personal data is held on infrastructure in Iraq. The one exception is the website analytics described in the Cookie Policy, which Google holds on its own infrastructure outside Iraq; nothing from your account, your billing records or your servers is included in it. We keep your personal data while your account is open. When you close your account, your data is deleted, except where we are required to retain a record for a period set by law.

The exact retention period for billing and security records is not set out in this policy.

6. What you can ask for

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, and ask us to delete it. Write to info@tamm-iq.cloud. We may need to confirm your identity before acting, so that nobody else can make these requests about you.

7. Security

We take measures to protect personal data against loss and unauthorised access. This policy does not list specific security controls or claim any certification; no claim of compliance with an external standard is made here.

8. Changes

We will give at least 7 days' notice of a material change to this policy.
